Bits and a couple of finished UFOs

These purple and lilac squares are a WIP too.
But this UFO finally got finished.
I had put it away when I ran out of the yarn hoping I would see more of it. I didn’t so I readjusted the button band tension (I had got tighter and tighter knowing I was running out.) Then I made the lower edge tabs in a different shade.
This detail shows the correct purpley blue of the yarn- like the colour on the horizon on a warm day.
Remember this tunic?
All it needed was the armholes neatening. Good to have those 2 things off my to do list.
