Cup Mat, Tiny Town 7

Hello, sorry I’ve not been visiting the last few days. It’s been one round of jam making and cleaning and tidying here. Arrangements have been made for next week’s travels to uni and home offeres have been processed for GRWE.
A lovely lady on Ebay sent me some fabric free to make things for the GRWE Christmas stall. I made her the cup mat above and sent her tea and biscuits as a thank you. She has so much on her plate so to show kindness for homeless dogs at that time was such a generous thing to do.
Tiny Town 7 is completed. Anne Marie and I are making this together. It is a complex quilt so it is good to have company making it.
Some of the elements would make lovely designs in their own right.
I have a new niece Freja born on the 20th August so I have added her name.
The quilt will be hers when it is finished. It is so pink/pastel and girlie. I think she will like it when she grows older.
Sorry no tours today- it’s been windy and rainy and as you can read in Bungle’s Diary not a lot has been happening this week. I’m back to wearing cardis and socks and loving it. 🙂
