Christmas Belles, Owl, Clothes Show

It’s been raining a lot- 2 rainbows
A single rainbow.
1st block of Christmas Belles by Mum’s Moment. It’s a combination of stitchery, applique and patchwork. I need to hurry up with this so it will be ready for Christmas for Daughter. I haven’t even started Son’s quilt!
Close up of Star Angel.
Robyn of Daisy Quilts gave guidelines for making our own owl for her Otto the Owl Challenge. Here is the one I finished all hung on the tree. She is called Tweet originally enough and is related to a snowy owl. She has a bit of a crush on Otto Owl but is too shy to say anything. Son is making one too but it isn’t finished.
On the 1st December we each choose a new decoration for the Christmas Tree. This is mine.
Daughter’s
Mr Jellybean’s
and Son’s.
Daughter was at the Clothes Show at the NEC in Birmingham yesterday.

A little video clip of the catwalk show which was over an hour long.
She found a dress she adored with such an unusual cut.
Loads of goodie bag bits.
I love the rainbow zip on this bag. I’ve never seen one like this before.
Of course she had to have a fairy on a hoodie. 🙂 She came home tired but loved it.

We did a little Christmas shopping this afternoon together. Unfortunately my bank card went missing. The good news though was that I noticed quickly and got it cancelled before it could be used. Phew! Scarey stuff! I’ll now catch up with all your news.
