Knitted Halloween

The pattern for these was in this month’s edition of “Knitting” magazine. I think the ghosts could become angels by making their arms wider like wings. They are 4″ tall so are a good size for using up wool scraps. The broom was a bit of dead honeysuckle.

There’s less than 6 weeks to go for Halloween. I’ve got a pattern for 3 ornies (vampire, witch and ghost) a pattern for a scarecrow, the Autumn patches to sew together somehow, and my own drawings of crows and a bat to put into fabric. I think I ought to get a move on. 🙂

I’ve finished the Blogbook I’ve been using since 23rd June, so have started a new one. All my as yet unmade ideas are written in the back of it now. It amazed me that I ran to 5 sides of A4 with them. I’ll try to take a pic next time to show you what I mean.
