Witches
The witches themselves are complete but have no transport. We’ll be making brooms tomorrow and I’ll have a bash at fimo sweets and apples for “Apple Spice Crumble” (Miss Crumble) the witch in black, which I made. The sea witch “Coral Shell Seaweed” was made by my daughter. We put the pattern pieces onto freezer paper (brilliant invention) and I had the job of running up and down stairs with arm and leg pieces waxed on tea stained calico.
It was definately weird for me as a “never before doll maker” seeing dismembered body parts around the floor. The weirdest was pegging the legs up to dry after painting the boots on. It looked like we had a leg mobile! 🙂
